Can I mix and match themes?
Absolutely. We specialize in custom creations, so let us know what you’re envisioning and we’ll design something just for you.

How fast can I get my order?
Standard production time is 5–7 business days, but we do offer rush options if you’re on a tighter timeline. Just let us know your event date at checkout.

What if I don’t see my theme on the site?
No problem! Many of our kits are custom-created from scratch. Send us a message with your theme idea and we’ll take it from there.

Do you offer fully custom kits or just pre-made ones?
We offer both! Choose from our curated pre-designed kits, or work with us to build a one-of-a-kind package made specifically for your event.

Can I order just the decorations without the goody bags (or vice versa)?
Yes! While most of our clients love the all-in-one ease, we’re happy to offer à la carte options. Let us know what you need.

Are your goody bags already filled and ready to hand out?
Yes! Every bag is pre-stuffed and labeled so you can simply open the box and place them out. No extra work required.

How are your products made?
Everything is made in-house using high-quality, 3D printing technology and premium materials. That means you get designs you won’t find anywhere else—tailored to your theme.

Where do you ship?
We’re based in Scottsdale, Arizona and proudly ship nationwide across the U.S.

Can I include my child’s name or age on the decorations?
Definitely! Personalization is part of what makes our creations special. Let us know the name, age, or any details you'd like to include when ordering.
